Embellishments and Tools Cuttlebug embossing envelopes – Distressed Stripe and Victoria Assorted ribbons
Instructions
Emboss the White half-sheet with both Cuttlebug embossing envelopes. Emboss the top portion with the Distressed Stripes and the bottom portion with the Victoria embossing envelope. Then take the separate strip of White card stock and run it through the Victoria embossing envelope. Glue the left and right sides of the embossed strip to the bottom portion of the card base and set aside for now. Leave the center portion glue free so the medallion you are going to make will slip behind the overlay.
Locate the larger White square and stamp a background pattern with the Button stamp, using Grape ink. Set aside. Then take the smaller White card stock piece and do the same thing with Canary ink. Glue the resulting yellow piece to the Black card stock scrap and trim away the excess, leaving a thin strip of Black. Glue the Yellow and Black piece to the Grape piece and set aside.
Next stamp one impression of each color of ink on the White card stock strip. Cut out each button and glue in a row onto the card base. Glue the extras onto the diamond medallion and slip it behind the overlay.
