Papers White speckled card stock – 8 x 4.25 inches, folded Pink designer paper Light Pink designer paper White card stock scrap (to stamp Trout Lily) Rose card stock Black card stock
Ink - Archival Black ink Watercolor Paint - Pink Gold Paint Pen Cuttlebug embossing folder – “Stylized Flowers” Scalloped oval die Oval die (I used Spellbinders Classic Ovals Large - S4-110) Round die (Spellbinders Standard Circles Large – S4-114)
Embellishments - Ribbon Gellyroll Stardust pen Gold Paint Pen Adhesive Pearls – Snow
Instructions - Run the White speckled card stock through the embossing folder. Then fasten the ribbon. Make a circle with the circle die and Pink designer paper. Glue on top of the ribbon. Then make a scalloped oval using the scalloped oval die and the Light Pink designer paper. Glue to the circle you just put down.
Then make the raised medallion...
Using two of the oval dies (a magnetic mat is great for holding them in place), cut out an oval frame in the Rose card stock. Edge the inner and outer borders with the Gold Paint Pen. Set aside momentarily.
On the White card stock scrap, stamp the Trout Lily using the Archival Black ink. Color the flowers in with the Gellyroll pen and watercolor the background using the Pink watercolor paint. Glue this behind the Rose frame you made earlier. Then glue the resulting medallion to the scrap of Black card stock and trim away the excess, leaving a thin border. Add two Adhesive Pearls and that's it!
