Scuff the raised edges with Narcissus ink. Then use the colored pencils to color the butterflies. Edge with the Gold Paint Pen. Glue this piece of paper to the card base and aside.
Cut out a piece of White card stock with the Oval Die. (While you're at the die cut machine, cut a slightly larger Oval in the Blue paper and set aside). Run the White oval through the “Victoria” embossing folder . Then scuff the center with Narcissus ink and the edges with Atlantic ink. Edge with the Gold Paint Pen. Then glue it onto the Blue Oval you cut earlier. Glue the resulting medallion to the card base. Embellish with ribbon and that's it!
