Instructions -
Run the Lavender card base through the embossing folder. Then use Heliotrope ink to edge the card base. Set aside for now.
On the White card stock scrap, use the Black ink to stamp the "Best Friends" sentiment. Then use the Vinca Open stamp in Black ink to make a wreath of flowers. Use the colored pencils to color in many of the flowers but, for extra pop, leave some uncolored. Trim around the wreath you've made and then use some glitter glue to embellish it.
On a separate White scrap, stamp the Vinca Open stamp several times, color them, and cut them out. Then pop them on the wreath using PopIt! Shapes. Set the medallion aside for now.
Go back to the card base. Tie the three ribbons around the card base and fasten them down. Then use PopIt! tape to fasten the medallion to the card base and you're done!
