InstructionsMaking the CardTake the Purple paper and run it through the die cut machine using the embossing folder. Set it aside for now. Then take the larger piece of White paper and do the following: (Since only the outer border of this paper will show, don't bother stamping the entire surface of the paper). Use the VersaMarker to create a swirl pattern around the outer edge of the paper. Then use the Moss and Light Mauve Chalks to colorize the paper. Using Sage ink, stamp the following:
Mini Berry Sprinkling (grapes)Mini Three Thick LeavesMini Opposite Vine OpenTiny Cotoneaster
Then mount this paper onto the Pea Green card stock so that only a portion of the Pea Green shows at the left border. Glue this to the card base and set aside. Next stamp the main panel of the card: Stamp the Mini Berry Sprinkling stamp in Grape ink.Stamp the Tiny Rasp/Blackberry in Boysenberry ink.Stamp the Mini Three Thick Leaves in Bamboo ink.Stamp the Tiny Apple Blossom Solid in Peony ink.Stamp the Mini Opposite Vine Open in Evergreen ink.Stamp the Tiny Cotoneaster in Bark ink.
When you are finished stamping, edge the paper with the Gold Paint Pen and glue the panel to the card base.
Making the Sentiment MedallionOn a scrap of White paper, stamp the “Best Friends” sentiment over and over using the Soft Wheat ink. Then use the Black ink to stamp the sentiment on top of the background you just made. Cut the sentiment out (I used scissors) and then edge the rectangle with the Gold Paint Pen. Glue the sentiment to a slightly larger piece of the Medium Purple paper. Then use PopIt! Shapes foam tape to attach the medallion to the card base.Last, tie the ribbon and add some Adhesive Pearls and you're finished.
