Instructions
Glue the Dusky Blue panel on top of the first White panel in the Papers list and set aside for now.
Then Take the Dark Blue panel and prepare to stamp the following:
Stamp the Mini Filigree Snowflake in Polar Blue ink.
Then stamp the Mini 3 Open Stars in Gold.
When this dries, take and X-acto Knife and cut out a rectangle from the Dark Blue panel. 3-8-inch from the outer edge of the original panel. Once you have cut out the inner portion of the panel, trim the smaller piece just a hair or two with the X-acto Knife. Glue the resulting Dark Blue frame onto the card base. Then glue the reduced Dark Blue rectangle into the frame you just made. Set the card base aside for now.
Then take the pre-measured White panel and stamp the following:Stamp the Mini Filigree Snowflake with Neptune ink, stamping a second time before reinking.Stamp the Mini 3 Open Stars in Split Pea ink.Stamp the Tiny Open Star Cluster in Polar Blue ink.Stamp the Tiny 3 Dots in Neptune ink.Stamp the Itsy Solid Star in Boysenberry ink.Stamp the Tiny Twinkling Snowflake in Peony ink. When the ink is dry, edge the panel with the Gold Paint Pen and glue the panel to the card base.
Medallions and Scroll
On a White scrap stamp the "miss you" sentiment in Neptune ink. Trim around the sentiment and then stamp the following:Stamp the Mini Filigree Snowflake in Gold ink.Use the Wedgewood Chalk to chalk the edges of the paper.Stamp the Tiny Twinkling Snowflake in Boysenberry.
Glue this to the Violet paper scrap and mount the resulting ensemble to the card base (I used PopIt! Shapes foam tape).
Heart Medallion
Punch out a Heart from another White scrap and then use the Tiny Twinkling Snowflake and Gold ink to make a background. Edge the heart with the Gold Paint Pen and attach to the card base (I used PopIt! Shapes foam tape). Then attach the ribbons around the base panel, over the heart. Glue this panel to the Royal Blue card base.
Scroll
Take the copy paper strip and stamp the following:
Stamp the Tiny Twinkling Snowflake in Neptune ink.Stamp the Tiny Twinkling Snowflake again, this time with Gold ink. Edge the strip with the Gold Paint Pen. When the paint is dry, roll the scroll up, tie some Gold Embroidery Thread around it and slip the scroll behind the ribbon already in place on the card. All you need now is some tiny-tipped glitter glue for night time sparkles-- and you're done!
